健康素养的概念经历了近50年的演变,现今世界普遍采用的定义是:个人获取、理解、处理基本的健康信息和服务,并作出适当的卫生健康决策的能力。文章通过文献回顾,一方面阐述了健康素养与人类生命质量的关系,一方面也分析了国内外健康素养的研究方向、评估方法和国民健康素养水平现状,并提出了对我国健康素养研究方向的建议和提高健康素养的政策建议,希望能够为进一步的研究提供参考。
Abstract：The conception of health literacy,which has evolved over the past 50 years,is universally defined as the ability of individuals to acquire,understand,deal with basic health information and services,and make appropriate health decisions.Through literature review,this paper on the one hand expounded the relationship between health literacy and human life quality,and on the other hand analyzed the research interests and assessment methods of health literacy and the status quo of national health literacy level at home and abroad.Meanwhile,it also put forward suggestions on the research interests of health literacy and on policies in improving health literacy in China,in hope of providing reference for further study.
