社区在抗击疫情中发挥了重要的作用，但也暴露出目前我国社区应对突发公共卫生事件的治理能力较弱。文章对疫情爆发后社区在人员排查、人员管控、宣传教育、生活服务方面发挥的作用以及暴露出的多元治理体系不完善、公共卫生资源储备不充分、智能化建设水平不高、居民归属感认同感不强等问题进行了梳理分析，提出提升社区韧性能力的四条路径：构建社区多元治理体系；补足公共卫生资源短板；加紧智慧社区建设步伐；培育居民凝心聚力文化。

Communities have played an important role in the fight against the epidemic of COVID-19, but it has also revealed that the current Chinese community's capability to deal with public health emergencies is weak. This paper discusses the role of communities in residentcheck, resident management, publicity and education, and services for daily living after the outbreak of COVID-19, as well as the problems including the imperfect multi-governance system, insufficient reserves of public health resources, low level of intelligentized construction, and weak sense of belonging andidentity among residents. Four ways were put forward to improve the resilience of communities, which were constructing a diverse community governance system, supplying adequate public health resources, stepping up the pace of building a smart community, and cultivating a culture of resident unity.
