目的 分析国内智慧养老领域的研究热点和发展趋势，为后续更为深入的研究提供参考。方法 借助Bicomb、Ucinet和SPSS软件，对中国知网(CNKI)核心期刊数据库建库以来至2022年底发表的290篇关于智慧养老研究的文献进行共词分析和社会网络分析。结果 近年来，国内智慧养老研究年度发文数呈总体上升趋势；研究内容主要涉及智能技术应用、居家养老机制、智慧医疗和机构智能养老的推广以及老年人数字鸿沟问题四大方面；整体的研究热点集中在养老服务、智能时代、智能技术、医养结合和居家养老等领域。结论 未来的研究应更加关注产品技术的升级和具体功能的应用，在创新调查形式的基础上丰富实证和评价类研究成果。

Objective To analyze the research hot spots and development trends in the field of smart elderly care in China, and to provide reference for further research. Methods Co-word analysis and social network analysis were carried out by Bicomb, Ucinet and SPSS Statistics software to analyze 290 literature on smart elderly care published and included by China National Knowledge Network(CNKI) from the establishment year of core journal database to the end of 2022. Results In recent years, the number of annual publications of smart elderly care research in China showed an overall rising trend. The research content mainly involved the application of intelligent technology, home care mechanism, the promotion of smart health care and institutional intelligent elderly care, and the digital divide of the elderly. The hot spots were elderly care services, intelligent age, intelligent technology, combination of medical care and old-age care and home care. Conclusions Future researches should focus more on the upgrading of product technology and the application of specific functions. Empirical researches and evaluation research findings are to be enriched on the basis of survey innovation.
