新质生产力是驱动卫生健康事业高质量发展的新动力、新引擎，对于重塑卫生健康体系、优化医疗资源分配，推动诊疗技术变革、带动诊疗水平提升，改善看病就医感受、提升患者就医体验具有重要意义。当前，新质生产力助力卫生健康事业发展仍存在着科技体系不完善、资源供给不均衡和高端人才不充足等问题，迫切需要从强化组织引导、推动科技赋能、打造医疗高地和加快人才培养等方面统筹推进和系统施策，从而促进卫生健康工作同发展新质生产力更加紧密结合，推动卫生健康事业高质量发展不断取得新进展、新突破。

New quality productive forces, a new driving force and engine for China's high-quality development of the healthcare industry, has a great significance for rebuilding China's healthcare system, optimizing allocation of health resources, promoting reform of medical techniques, enhancing diagnosis and treatment level, ameliorating patients' feeling and improving their medical consultation experience. At present, there are still disadvantages such as inadequate scientific and technological system, uneven resource supply, and insufficiency of high-end talents in the development of the healthcare industry. Thus it's urgent to coordinate and implement systematic measures in terms of strengthening organizational guidance, promoting technological empowerment, building a medical highland, and accelerating talent cultivation, so as to promote the closer integration of healthcare work with the development of new quality productive forces, and continuously make new progress and breakthroughs in the high-quality development of the healthcare industry.
